Compozitia obtinuta trebuie sa aibe consistenta, sa fie densa si pufoasa.<br />Nu am masurat ingredientele exact intrucat nu a durat mai mult de 10 minute sa asamblez si sa bag la cuptor(app 1h).<br />Prajitura perfecta si pentru o ocazie speciala, caisele pot fi inlocuite cu afine sau zmeura ca sa existe contrast de culoare. Sunt foarte pufoase, se pot umple cu aproape orice si mai ales se pot servi cu inghetata ca doar e vara:D. Un desert usor pentru o duminica in familie sau daca vrei sa impresionezi prin simplitate, o prajitura foarte rapida si usor de facut.<br />Aveam in frigider branza dulce si o pofta de cheesecake dar incerc sa renunt si la zahar:)), asa ca am imbinat toate ideile ca sa fie pe placul intregi familii si m-am apucat de treaba...<br />Ingrediente pentru aluat:<br /><ul><li>500 g faina</li><li>200 g unt la temperatura camerei</li><li>1 ou mare</li><li>2 lg smantana<br /></li><li>1 lg zahar</li><li>2 lg miere</li><li>2 pliculete praf de copt</li><li>2 pliculete zahar vanilat</li><li>praf sare</li><li>praf scortisoara</li><li>esenta rom</li><li>esenta portocala(eu am pus din cea concentrata facuta in casa)</li></ul> Ingrediente pentru umplutura:<br /><ul><li>800 g branza de vaca</li><li>2 oua</li><li>1 lg smantana</li><li>2 lg smantana de frisca</li><li>125 g zahar</li><li>1 lg gris</li><li>2 plicuri zahar vanilat</li><li>1 lg ulei<br /></li></ul> Pentru aluat, se freaca untul cu zaharul se adauga oul, smantana, sarea apoi condimentele si faina cernuta cu praful de copt. Rezulta un aluat nelipicios si pufos care se imparte in 2. Se unge tava cu hartie de copt si se intinde o foaie din prima jumatate de aluat.<br />Pentru umplutura se freaca galbenusurile cu o lg ulei se adauga branza, smantana, zaharul si grisul apoi se incorporeaza albusurile batute. Compozitia e cremoasa, nu moale, se pune peste aluatul din tava si se acopera cu cealalta jumatete de aluat( puteti chiar sa dati prin razatoare aluatul de deasupra pentru un aspect mai aparte). Se da la cuptor 30-35 min, se serveste rece sau calda cu scortisoara sau crema de ciocolata, dar mai bine cu un sos de fructe(pentru culoare-fructe de padure). V-am facut pofta?:D Merita incercat, e o combinatie perfecta de texturi si arome:)<br />Ingrediente blat:<br /><ul><li>1 pachet si 3/4 unt nesarat</li><li>220 lg zahar</li><li>o fiola esenta rom</li><li>325 g faina</li><li>2 plicuri praf de copt</li><li>un praf bicarbonat<br /></li><li>1/2 l lapte batut</li><li>5 galbenusuri<br /></li></ul>Se freaca untul cu zaharul, se adauga romul si un praf de scortisoara. Separat se amesteca faina cu praful de copt stins cu zeama de lamaie si bicarbonatul. Se amesteca cu compozitia de unt galbenusurile si o parte din faina alternand cu laptele batut(ultima oara se pune faina). Rezulta un aluat pufos, ca de pandispan. Se pun cantitati egale in 2 tavi tapetate sau in 2 transe daca nu aveti 2 tavi lafel si se coc la foc potrivit cca30-35 min.<br /><br />Ingrediente crema:<br /><ul><li>5 albusuri</li><li>10 lg zahar</li><li>apa</li><li>3/4 pachet unt</li><li>1 plic budinca de vanilie</li><li>1 plic crema de ciocolata pentru tort</li><li>100 g ciocolata</li><li>65 g frisca lichida</li><li>2 lg faina</li></ul>Albusurile se bat spuma tare cu 4 lg de zahar. Se pune pe foc restul de zahar acoperit complet de apa, cand devine sirop se pune cald peste albusuri. Se adauga si untul, apoi plicurile de crema si budinca(pentru aroma). Se incalzeste frisca lichida, se pune peste ciocolata, cand sa topit complet se pune peste amestecul pentru crema. Se adauga si faina si se pune pe foc amestecand continuu pana se ingroasa.<br />Se asambleaza tortul astfel: Se insiropeaza blatul cu lapte cald si zahar(nu mult k e pufos tare:D), se pune crema apoi blatul,se insiropeaza si acesta apoi se intinde un strat subtire de crema, se pudreaza cu cacao, se orneaza cu piscoturi si forme de ciocolata si Voila:D. Se lasa sa scada cat pregatim aluatul. 4 oua se amesteca cu uleiul, laptele, se condimenteaz, se adauga faina si praful de copt, apoi branza. Rezulta un aluat pastos. Se pune 3/4 din aluat in tava tapetata cu ulei si faina si se da 10-13 min la cuptorul preincalzit. Umplutura se ia de pe foc cand si-a pierdut lichidul si se amesteca cu restul de aluat si cele 2 oua ramase. Cand este gata se pune peste aluatul copt in prealabil si se mai da 30-32 min la cuptor. Se toarna compozitia in forma si se coace 30 de min. Se toarna peste laptele incalzit cu 2 lg de zahar,esenta si zaharul vanilat si se da la frigider. Cand doriti sa seriviti il intoarceti ca fructele sa fie deasupra.
